Mr. Wilkins has more than 30 years of experience as an innovator in behavioral health. He has held several leadership positions at the local, State and National levels.
Meghan Flanz
Served in senior leadership at VA, including Acting General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Human Resources. Proud to support RCWG's mission connecting providers with Veterans and families in need of care.
John Medve
Former Acting Assistant Secretary, Enterprise Integration, Department of Veterans Affairs. Led VA-DoD collaboration. Retired Army officer, 24 years of service.
Sonja Batten, Ph.D.
Clinical psychologist and healthcare executive with 20+ years leading federal behavioral health systems. Formerly directed VA national mental health policy overseeing a $7.5B service line.
Mark Jones, Ph.D., MBA
Business development associate with the RCW Group. Jones comes to the RCW team with nearly four decades of experience in the behavioral health field, having held senior leadership positions at Boys Town, Maplewood Behavioral Health, Union Pacific Railroad, and Northpoint Recovery. Dr. Jones has also served as an executive board member for the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention, Vice President of the Employee Assistance Roundtable, and President of the Brain Injury Association of Nebraska.
